HR Manager

Our Client is a design and marketing agency who is looking for an HR Manager.
Your mission will be to
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers for HR related topics
- Manage and oversee all employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, benefits management, training and offboarding
- Manage and optimize the recruitment process
- Work closely with the regional leadership to support performance management and talent development initiatives
- Support the business in employee relations, talent strategy, organizational development and compliance
- Implement HR policies and strategies that optimize growth – ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
What we are looking for
- Proven experience as an HR Manager working with international teams and growing environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
- A thorough understanding of effective HR tools
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Contribution to a positive work environment and promote teamwork
- Fluent in English; additional languages would be a plus
