Legal Consultant– Mobility Process (m/f)

We are recruiting an Legal Consultant – Mobility Process



  • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Portuguese immigration matters, such as: golden visa, application for the initial visa (short stay, temporary stay, residence, etc.) with the Portuguese Consulate at home country, renewal of the visa / application for the residence card once the employee is in Portugal, registration as EU citizen, amongst others
  • Analyze day-to-day immigration matters and effectively communicate solutions to clients;
  • Promote internal education by identifying areas for education and development
  • Develop training materials and deliver training as needed
  • Provide immigration support to clients in case of new hire relocation, team member transfers, international assignments
  • Innovate and generate ideas to improve efficiency of the projects and client experience





  • University degree (MSc.) in Law;
  • Proven experience in legal support, immigration experience or mobility experience process – minimum of 5 years in same role;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Capacity to manage a strong motivated team, diplomacy, sensitivity and tact;
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills;
