Webmaster (m/f)
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Be responsible for the integration of content on the company’s website;
- Support the integration and sending of emailing campaigns;
- Ensure the content is (technically) optimized for SEO;
- Manage contribution requests in line with the contribution process;
- Maintain up to date the contribution calendar;
- Optimize content graphics for optimal page performance & UX (loading speed and mobile-friendly) on website and emailing;
- Maintain consistency and accuracy in content, design, architecture and user journey;
- Ensure presence of tags and tracking for measurement of site performance;
- Work with the Central Digital Marketing Team, IT teams, external developers and designers to identify new developments and ensure new CMS features are implemented;
- Contribute to the webmaster contribution guide in close collaboration with the Central Digital Marketing Team.
PERSONAL BACKGROUND
- 3-5 years of experience working in an agency or a Marketing team;
- Experience creating/editing web pages and templates on a standard CMS;
- Experience supporting/creating/editing emailing campaigns on a standard emailing solution including targeting, creation of new message or modification of templates, test and sendings;
- Have a first experience with SEO and/or UX Design;
- Excellent oral, written, cross functional and interpersonal communication skills that are appropriate for various levels, including management, staff, contractors and clients;
- Great attention to detail, able to challenge a brief if not optimal for web/emailing publishing;
- Experience with CMS, Emailing solutions and general web tools;
- Experience with web graphics tools and knowledge of web coding languages;
- Knowledge of previous experience in A/B testing or trigger based emailing campaigns is a “plus”;
- Take initiative and get things done, in line with our clients’ SLAs;
- Be fluent in English.
