About the Role
We are looking for a Support Engineer to join the Managed Services team. This position will focus on providing operational support and maintenance of CyberArk and other information security technologies that safeguard organizations’ most critical assets.
You’ll work with cutting-edge security solutions, contribute to continuous improvement, and play a key role in ensuring system reliability and compliance.
What You’ll Do
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting for CyberArk and other security solutions.
- Manage incident and service tickets through ITSM platforms.
- Maintain and update technical and process documentation.
- Participate in preventive maintenance and on-call rotations.
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver high-quality managed security services.
Education & Experience
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Security, Information Systems Management, or similar.
- 2+ years of experience supporting or managing CyberArk systems.
- Strong understanding of information security concepts, risk management, and IT systems.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
Technical Skills (Preferred)
- CyberArk certifications are highly valued.
- Experience with Microsoft solutions in a Managed Services environment.
- Knowledge of PowerShell and/or AutoIT scripting.
