Our Client is a global creative agency who is looking for a Business Development Manager.
Your mission will be to
- Identify potential clients in the target market and generate qualified leads
- Assume the strategic responsibility of identifying new business opportunities through market research
- Develop business for mid-sized and large companies, focused on international expansion
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Oversee client relationships, ensuring clear communication and a high level of satisfaction
What we are looking for
- 4+ years of experience in sales and business development
- Proven experience in business development for mid-sized and large companies
- Solid understanding of business challenges and customer expectations
- A results-driven mindset with motivation to achieve goals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Multitask and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages would be a plus
