Business Development Manager (m/f)

Our Client is a global creative agency who is looking for a Business Development Manager.

 

Your mission will be to

  • Identify potential clients in the target market and generate qualified leads
  • Assume the strategic responsibility of identifying new business opportunities through market research
  • Develop business for mid-sized and large companies, focused on international expansion
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Oversee client relationships, ensuring clear communication and a high level of satisfaction

 

What we are looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in sales and business development
  • Proven experience in business development for mid-sized and large companies
  • Solid understanding of business challenges and customer expectations
  • A results-driven mindset with motivation to achieve goals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Multitask and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English; additional languages would be a plus
